learn to make it your best friend

Feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Tired of all the drama?
Is it hard to slow down, even when you have down time?
Are you looking for new skills to deal with life challenges?

These sessions are designed for people who want to learn the basics of meditation, its benefits and how to apply this in daily life. We will explore how ancient wisdom still has much to offer to our modern day minds, lifestyles and the challenges we all face.

We will learn a range of mindfulness and meditation practices to help find your own inner peace in any situation.

The practices presented will have authentic foundations in buddhist practice and philosophy which is the basis for modern day mindfulness practices. They are both immediately applicable and yet can be developed and deepened over time. They can be practiced by anyone, regardless of background or belief system.
