Mindfulness, Awareness and Compassion practices for Yourself and everyday Life

Meditation practice followed by an exploration of topics pertinent to the modern world.

Fee: Full $15, Concession/Student $10
This is not a course, so feel free to come along to any session that suits you. No need to register, just drop in.

There is a recommended cost for these classes, but this is negotiable depending on your financial circumstances.

Please do not come to the centre if you are feeling unwell, if you are waiting on results from a COVID-19 test, or if you have been in close contact in the past 14 days with someone with flu-like symptoms or a positive COVID-19 test.
