If you have been meaning to start a daily meditation practice but your busy life has kept interfering, then this weekly course is designed for you! It will give you time to catch your breath and the tools and understanding you need to start developing a daily meditation practice.

Or if you already have a regular meditation but would like to deepen your experience and learn and share more in a supportive environment – then this weekly course is for you!

This weekly course is suitable for beginners. Apart from exploring the foundations of meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, this course will enable students to explore a wide range of meditation methods and experiences with time for guided practices within the class.

Led by experienced meditators and comprising of videos, small group discussion and space for meditation practice, this course has been developed over many years to offer a spacious yet ample introduction to centuries old authentic meditation practices.

  • Different methods of meditation available
