This 10-week course will provide the opportunity to study The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, written by Sogyal Rinpoche.

Sogyal Rinpoche’s acclaimed spiritual classic “The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying” is widely regarded as one of the most complete and authoritative presentations of the Tibetan Buddhist teachings ever written.
The course will introduce meditation, loving-kindness and compassion practices—simple but profound Buddhist practices that you don’t need to be a Buddhist to do. These practices can help us to understand ourselves better and become warmer, more open and effective human beings.

There are no pre-requisites. This is a beginner’s course

It will cover the topics of the four pillars:

  • Meditation
  • Compassion
  • Devotion
  • Nature of Mind, Buddha nature.

In each session, there will be a link to a chapter of the book, a video, a practice or contemplation, and an opportunity for discussion.
